"It all started when I suddenly fell in love with this aesthetic. After seeing recommendations, I bought a pair of their super popular 'Hell Nurse' shoes. They were absolutely gorgeous! I wore them on and off for over a month, until one day I noticed significant peeling on the upper. I took some photos and messaged customer service about it—I was in class at the time, so I sent the message and didn’t check for a reply right away.
When I finally checked at noon, the customer service replied saying… they’d just send me a brand-new pair?!
